Lee is a seasoned international business executive with over 30 years in materials, science, and technology industries.
He has held pivotal roles in private enterprises, venture-backed companies, and publicly traded organizations, demonstrating proficiency in business strategy, transformation, and operations across the UK, US, EU, and China.
Notably, he has held senior management, director, and board-level positions with L1X™ Corp, Critical Minerals Tomorrow, Ionic Rare Earths and MEL Chemicals (now Luxfer MEL Technologies).
He possesses a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering, is a Registered Scientist (RSci), and is a professional member of MIMMM, MIET, and AMIChemE.
